Amounts:  Up to $20 million any one life and group aggregates of $50 million or more.
Issue Ages:  0 up to 80 years old.

Policy Terms:  1 day up to 1 year.
Renewal subject to re-underwriting.
Premiums:  Premiums are determined based on the specific risk profile of each case subject to a minimum premium of $850.

Sample Cases:

Travel Exposure

A 56 year old independent geologist on contract with various mining companies worldwide has substantial travel exposure including: China, Australia, Ghana, Niger, Senegal and Mali. Additionally, he has a medical history of basal cell CA. Currently earning $370,000 per annum with no group benefits, $660,000 in force. We provided $2,000,000 AD&D and PTD including War and Terrorism.

Auto Racing

54 year old physician and amateur auto racer previously declined by OMA for life and disability due to medical history. He participates in amaterur auto racing 6 weekends per year in Canada and USA. We were able to provide $2 million in coverage, racing only.

Off Trail Skiing

A 41 year old French physician, waiting for residency papers, participates in off-trail skiing in the Alps. Annual earnings of $600,000. Currently, he has an in force Life Insurance policy of $1.2 million with exclusions. We were able to issue $750,000 coverage for off-trail skiing only.

Aviation

A 50 year old part owner of construction company, purchased a small fixed wing aircraft and helicopter in order to learn how to fly. $11M life buy-sell coverage contained aviation exclusion (insurer would not cover until fully licensed). Board mandated that full coverage be purchased. We were able to provided $11M accidental death coverage for flying only.

  3. Complete any other forms or questionnaires indicated as required in the quote illustration.
  4. Scan and email the Application, signed Quote (and/or any other required questionnaires) to info@hunmcc.com. This will ensure immediate processing.  Originals are not required.  Please keep them for your records.  If you cannot scan the documents, please fax or send a copy via Canada Post or courier to:

  5. Include a copy of your current license and E&O insurance certificate with the application if you are not contracted with us. We will initiate contracting upon receipt of your first application.
