To obtain a quote:

1. First check the Pre-Screening Guidelines (page 5 and 6 of the Advisor's Guide) to verify that your client's medical condition is not listed as one that we are unable to consider for coverage.
2. Run a Sales Illustration
   Important: Please note that page 2 of the sales illustration must be signed and submitted along with each completed application.

Tips for using the on-line Sales Illustration system:

1. Click on at the top left of the input screen to enter Advisor Information – you must enter at least your name in order to run a quote. Then click on OK at the bottom of the Advisor Information Screen.
2. Enter your client's information on the main input screen – the first and last name fields are mandatory in order to run a quote.
3. Click on at the top left of the input screen in order to produce an illustration, in PDF format.
